best version for new failover setup?

Thanks Jiri! I'll look at this route. The sysadmins don't want to go with
rhel6 quite yet.
I notice that your source RPM is for 4.1.1-24.P1 from 2010 where the current
4.1 stable is 4.1-ESV-R3. There look to be some good bug fixes in
4.1-ESV-R3. Any tips on getting your changes into the 4.1-ESV-R3 for easier
RHEL5 building?
