DHCP Failover and Performance

ahh - didn't know that - assumed that it actually wrote out data to dhcpd.leases~ same as dhcpd.leases, just less frequently. I did not know it moved dhcpd.leases to dhcpd.leases~ A move would fail, I think, unless dhcpd.leases~ was first deleted, so I see your point.
