Client not sending DHCPREQUEST after offer.

Thanks Simon.

I removed the router options from the subnet stanza.  This is a closed off
network and doesn't have a DG - hosts are moved off of the vlan once
provisioned. I also tried another boot and saw a quicker response time (
this time after the 1st discover packet ):

Still the same result though, the client just continues to send discovers
and ignore offers.
