Master/slave configuration

I suspect he is asking if there is some DHCP option that he can set on the server that will cause linux clients to add 'options rotate' to /etc/resolv.conf on thousands of machines that he doesn't have ready access to. It sounds a little specific, so I'm guessing not but who knows?
