DHCP server MAN document and DHCP logging file

hi all,I have 3 questions about ISC DHCP server:

Can someone share with me the link of ISC DHCP server MAN document? I cannot find it.
And can someone let me know where we can find the logging info of DHCP server? Is it /var/log/daemon.log?
If I need to find out the current statistics of the ISC DHCP server, for example, current DHCP request number, where should I find it? thanks
