That’s what I do at work (dhcp_snooping/arp inspection), and what I do at home (static/mac). I was going to reply with the same answer ☺

Depending on your equipment etc. .. large budget with good tech use things like dhcp snooping and dynamic arp inspection (layer 2 protection tools)..
Smaller budget with basic tech just put the ip/mac details as static on your router and allocate static ip/mac bindings in your dhcp server. Only a /24 so easily done. Now this won't be much use going forward (eg in an ipv6 deployment strategy) but it'll help here.
