Class / Subclass Assignment for known / unknown hosts

You will need two or more pools for each subnet/gateway. DHCP will IIRC
allocate an address from a pool that matches the gateway, so one pool
will accept unknown hosts the other will not?

I think this should work but others have more experience with these setups.
