Moving dhcpd.leases file from 3.0.5 to 4.1-R4

Hi Greg

Generally yes. The new dhcpd will re-write the leases file with any
additions it needs.

You can test this using the -t/-T options to dhcpd to verify your
dhcpd.conf and dhcpd.leases. Copy the files over to your new server and
run the new dhcpd to check them.
