DHCP gives out same IP address to two clients

Hm, I'm wondering, might this be related to the "client-identifier" / "uid"?

>   uid "589br";

...looks quite similar to:

>   uid "589br";

Maybe I'm on the wrong track here. Yes, I've read RFC 2132 section 9.14
(http://tools.ietf.org/search/rfc2132#section-9.14) now:

9.14 Client-identifier

   This option is used by DHCP clients to specify their unique
   identifier.  DHCP servers use this value to index their database of
   address bindings.  This value is expected to be unique for all
   clients in an administrative domain.
