No subnet found for link-address

I wrote a config file for DHCPv6 using some examples.

Everything works fine, as long as the DHCP-Server and the client are in the
same subnet: aaaa:bbbb:cccc:12::\64.

Now we use a relay to connect 2 subnets (new subnet: aaaa:bbbb:cccc:23\64)
and I found the following error in the syslog:

"No subnet found for link-address: aaaa:bbbb:cccc:23:1bff:fe4a:7400"

The client is a "Windows 7"-system.

Does anyone know how to fix this Problem?
