server fail to start after change lease time for DHCPV6

Upgraded to 4.2.7, then to 4.3.1 both versions fixed the problem, thanks!

Looks like the 4.3.1 has better logging for DHCPv6 now:
Jan  5 16:21:25 dhcp6 dhcpd: Reply NA: address ffff:eeee:2:28d3:f000::2eae
to client with duid 00:01:00:01:1a:95:a5:a8:60:45:bd:93:02:1a iaid =
39863741 valid for 3600 seconds

I've made some changes to the older 4.2 version by adding some DHCPv6
related log, MAC address logged if  its in DUID:
Jan  5 00:00:08 dhcp6 dhcpd: DUID
00:01:00:01:1c:26:8f:fe:c0:3f:d5:6d:4d:a8  IPv6 address
ffff:eeee:2:11d9:f000::da0f, MAC address c0:3f:d5:6d:4d:a8
