How to query for available / used ip

Hi Leandro,

You'll probably want an answer with someone with more experience but I'm
inclined to think that the only way to do this is by parsing the contents
of the dhcpd.leases file. I don't think you could do it using the omshell,
but I might be a good idea to check out omapi.
