Danger, Will Robinson! The pronunciation of IKEA differs between English
and other languages, so it is tricky to use it as a guide to pronouncing
Kea. But according to Wikipedia the English pronuncuations of Kea and IKEA
are similar and the continental European pronunciation of IKEA is similar
to the Maori pronunciation of Kea.

I am amused to see it described as "the sheep-killing parrot of New
Zealand, Nestor notabilis."

Tony.
