recomended version and arm documentation

Hello , guys, I will begin building my datacenter infrastructure witch 
includes a dhcp server.
I would like to know witch is the last , stable and recommended version 
of isc dhcp server and where is its arm documentation.
Im asking since so far I can get the arm version 4.3.1, but there is 
4.3.3 version available for download.
