DHCP4 in-pool reservations dont work

Hi allstill struggling with my kea lab now I have an issue configuring lease
reservations.i don't get any errors when loading configuration,i tried with
debugging as well.but I dhcp4.conf
<http://isc-dhcp-users.2343191.n4.nabble.com/file/t573/dhcp4.conf>   don't
get the reserved IPs on my clients.what am i doing wrong?I'm using kea-dhcp4
1.8 on ubuntu 18.04.my config file is attached.thanks
