Try the following definition for the 10.156.149.26 - 10.156.149.230  range:

   option domain-name "homies.org";
   option subnet-mask 255.255.240.0;
   option routers 10.156.159.254;
   option broadcast-address 10.156.149.255;
   default-lease-time 600;
   max-lease-time 7200;
}
