Can we have some clarification of which servers
(Primary/Secondary/Both) the following failover statements should be
specified on? The man pages don't really clarify this.<br>

Anyone know why these particular messages would occur at the rate of
several hundred per second until the 2.0gig syslog file limit was
reached?
