to upgrade dhcpd to 4.0.0 but for some reason, where previously (v3.1.0) there
was discover->offer->req->ack, now there is only discover->offer
(and therefore the client doesn't get the IP correctly). See log below. Is this
a bug in 4.0.0? </FONT></SPAN></DIV>
