So since the upgrade to 3.1.2b1 we haven't seen any "peer holds all free leases" until today.  In this case both peers received the DHCPDISCOVER and both generated the error message.  I know there was some fixed in 3.1.2b1, does anyone have the information around that, so i can start diving into the code.  Unfortunately, it seems to not happen to often, so i'll be hard to replicate, but maybe i can catch it.<BR>
