are started up. IP address negotiation can <o:p></o:p></p>

the dhcp log shows a series of the usual <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoPlainText style='margin-left:65.2pt'>messages, apparently
displaying a flawless exchange<o:p></o:p></p>
