Hi,

regarding monitoring of isc dhcp servers, i have thus far only found tools
which monitor pool exhaustion[*].

has somebody developed tools to monitor other metrics, like number and/or type
of requests processed or similar?

from the looks of it, it appears dhcpd does not collect metrics like this by
itself, so my current plan of action would be to parse the logfile...

if anybody has a better idea, it would be much appreciated ;-)

thanks
kind regards
Thilo
