</div>If all your clients are using dhcp, change the range statement to<br>
range 1.1.1.50 1.1.1.100;<br>
<br>
bootp is an old protocol that lacks the automatic lease expiration.<br>
<br>
And look at the place where the server is logging, usually somewhere in /var/log. If it thinks it can't give a lease, it will log why.<br>
