We were planning to upgrade from Centos8 to Centos9. as of which , we also planned for upgrading the bind package from
<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"><b><code>9.11.36-8</code> to 9.16.23-15.</b></span></div>

Besides, when we were using <b>bind-9.11.36-8</b> version in <b>centos8</b>, building this package with spec file, used to also generate other supporting packages (like
<b>bind-export-libs</b> etc).</div>

However, with this new bind version <b>9.16.23-15</b>, the bind exports is disabled and not been generated on building in a bind.</div>

Is there any reason to move out the bind-export-libs package from the bind package. ? As i don't see below entries in bind.spec file of version
