On-going work on DHCP project : RFC4361 support

Hi,

I'm going to spend time on this issue. 

First, I'll look for the differences between interim and standard mode, and
then I'll try to see how to implement this mode. 

Afterwards, I'll work on a process or a tool to make a transition between
TXT to RR records. 

That seems to be a pretty interesting subject to work on. :)
