Hi,
                After stripping,

[user at nemo server]$ armv5b-linux-strip dhcpd
[user at nemo server]$ ls -al dhcpd
-rwxrwxr-x 1 user user 1511760 Jan 3 18:10 dhcpd

[user at nemo server]$ file dhcpd
dhcpd: ELF 32-bit MSB executable, ARM, version 1 (ARM), for GNU/Linux 2.4.3, dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.4.3, stripped

After stripping, dhcpd executable size is around 1.5M . But it is huge according to our requirements.

Is there any way to reduce the executable size further.

What are the files can be removed to reduce the executable much smaller???
But at the same time it won't affect DHCP operation.

Please let me know , that will be useful for our implementation.

Also during execution of ./configure what are all the parameters should be supplied to reduce the executable size.

Regards,
Ameen S
