IEPG call for agenda / presentations.

I'd like too to present there.

Together with NLNet Labs and TNO, we're running a project study for
ICANN on the stability of the Root DNS system and the new GTLD program.
In short, we're analyzing RIPE atlas measurements, RSSAC002, and DITL
to determine whether the growth of root zone file impacts the number of
queries, RTT, reachability, etc. So the presentation would cover both a
intro to the project and our first measurement analysis.
