IEPG Meeting at IETF98 in Chicago.

Hi all,

A reminder that the IEPG meeting will be taking place on Sunday from
10:00-12:00 in the room Zurich G.

Neither Chris Morrow nor myself will be able to make it, and so Geoff
Huston has kindly offered to run the meeting again.

We currently have 3 agenda items:

idea in the first place.
