IEPG (Internet Engineering and Planning Group) meeting at IETF103 in Bangkok

Sorry IEPG list, this was just an idea I wanted to test with Warren before sending out to the mailing list. I think that sending a reply from a mobile phone doesn't count as an excuse.

But please speak-up if you think it would be an interesting idea, or not.
