Upcoming meeting - call for presentations: Singapore 11/17/2019

Howdy Folks!
It's that time again! time to plan your meeting extravaganza for IEPG!

I'm certain there are some great ideas for 'not bgp' or 'not dns'
talks this time around! Warren and I are looking forward to your great
ideas and even better presentations/discussions!

If folk could give a good hard think.. then propose their plan that'd
be awesome! NOTE: if you already said: "Hey I'd love to ...." and
maybe we did/n't say: "ok!"  please say it again... this time with
feeling and we'll write it down in our 'to be presented' list :)
