Upcoming IEPG meeting - Thursday 12 November at 0800 ICT

Hi all,

We've got the IEPG meeting scheduled, and it will be Thursday 12
November at 0800 ICT.

We currently only have two agenda items - Jared's "Getting Fiber to My
Town" / FTTH (which is great), and Jared's post processing route-views
to externally determine what networks are unstable.

As much as we enjoy Jared presentations, we'd like to also see some
other people speaking, and so, pretty please, if you've got anything
interesting to present, please let Chris and I know...

I don't think the execution is relevant when it was obviously a bad
idea in the first place.
This is like putting rabid weasels in your pants, and later expressing
regret at having chosen those particular rabid weasels and that pair
of pants.
