  *   Recall qlog, wireshark works at hackathon (ideally from the guys of the hackathon tables)
  *   Their scope wrt to decoding network services below

     *   Masque connect-udp
     *   Multicast QUIC;
     *   HTTP3;
     *   Multipath QUIC
     *   Masque capsule
     *   ...


  *   Discuss how the works can be //
  *   Get a ml to continue to organize
  *   use hackathon resource to share data ?
