Welcoming Jen Linkova as new IEPG chair…

Hi there all,

First, much thanks to Chris Morrow for having served as IEPG chair for 5+
years, and for helping it grow and flourish. As his focus and
responsibilities have begun to change, Chris has let me know that he
doesn't believe that he will continue to have sufficient time to
dedicate to group or to attend the next few meetings and so is stepping
down.

Second, thank you to Jen Linkova for her willingness to become the next
IEPG chair. Jen has helped run a number of the meetings, and has extensive
operational experience and so is a natural fit for this role.

Please take a moment the thank Chris for all of his work, and to welcome
Jen into the new role.
