Weird corruption of news.daily

I installed a new 2.2.1 snapshot a few weeks ago, and since then my news daily
report has been a bit corrupt. There is a space or gap before the "To:", so
neither the "To:" nor the subject are part of the header. I looked at the
source of the innmail program, and I don't see any printing to "MTA" before it
prints "To:". Any clues?
