     I don't understand.  I have INN 2.2.2 installed.  A client using IE 5.0
connects to the NNTP port 119.  That client's not in the incoming.conf file,
so it hands it off to nnrpd.  Client posts with no PATH header supplied, post
is written to disk and propogated without a PATH header.
