Well for now given BSD/OS is broken, braindead and commercial the answer
has to be to implement an fseeko/ftello emulation for BSD/OS using
fgetpos/fsetpos, just like pread/pwrite are emulated. I'll do this later
today.

The real solution would be for us to get with the program and use a real OS,
but unfortunately I work for a centrally-controller ISP controlled by people
in Singapore who for some unknown reason like BSD/OS.
