Hmmm, but it doesn't seem to be false for 2.3.1, with CNFS, when I
invoke the unpatched nnrpd compiled in the given path, I see this...

I don't have overview enabled on any of our 2.4-CURRENT machines, and
our production 2.2.3 (which is where I put in the first patch) is
traditional spool sans storageapi.
