inn-2.3.0, expire with delayrm, tradspool, seems not working

I have just installed inn-2.3.0, using tradspool as storage method.
Everything works fine, except that I used to run news.daily in two
sessions:

40 23 * * *    /news/bin/news.daily noexpire
21 00 * * *    /news/bin/news.daily delayrm expireover notdaily expdir=/news/expire

Now, the second run filled up my log with thousands of lines like these:

Can't unlink @05000000000300079DE80000000000000000@
Can't unlink @05000000000300079DEF0000000000000000@
Can't unlink @05000000000300079DF40000000000000000@

and, eventually, I had a core dump.

I have looked into it. @05000000000300079DE60000000000000000@ corresponds
to entry #3 in my active file, group alt/activism, file 499174, which indeed
is still there and ought to have been removed.

If I don't do 'delayrm', expire works fine ...
