Bug in readers.conf man page?

I'm not quite sure what to make of the above, but you seem to be missing
the argument of default:, which is present in at least my copy of the man
page.  You need a <LOCAL> after default: -- otherwise, the beginning of
the access block is being parsed as an argument to default.
