I'll lay money that the Perl headers are redefining some random thing to
Perl_thing, which is then breaking all sorts of stuff. I really hate the
embedded Perl headers.
Maybe including the Perl headers in innperl.h isn't really that good of an
idea. Jeff, do you think given the massive redefinition of namespace that
the Perl headers do that maybe we should just have those files that really
need to do Perl stuff include the Perl headers? Those files may still
have problems, but at least the problems will be more limited in scope.
