Now we are left with the over-invoiced sum of =2827=2C500=2C000=2E00=29 for our mutual benefit=2E All arrangements have been concluded on how this money will be moved=2EOur constraints lie on the fact that we required a foreign firm or individual bank account where this money will be paid into=3B whose owner will be portrayed as the beneficiary of the contract fund=2E In fact this is why I am writing you this letter seeking for your assistance=2E 

Note=3A there is no risk involved as we have taken care=2Cloopholes covered=2E As civil servants=2C we are aware that some financial assistance will be required to effect the success of this money transfer=2E For this reason we have generally agreed to compensate you with the sum of=28US$3=2C000=2C000=2E00=29=2C While the balance of=28US$24=2C500=2C000=2E00=29 have been mapped out forinvestment into a foreign capital market=2E
