Good day!

STRICTLTY CONFIDENTIAL PROPOSAL

I am a banker by profession. And I am writing you in respect of a customer of our bank, who happened to be a foreigner.
This customer died in an automobile accident sometime in 2001.Before his death, I was his Account Officer and also handled
all his local and international financial transactions up until the time of his death.

Since the demise of this client of mine, I personally have watched with keen interest to see if any relation of the deceased will come
forward as a claimant to the funds he left behind in his Account with our bank. The Bank has made concerted efforts to contact the
deceased Next of Kin, but all efforts have proved abortive in this direction as no one has come to me to make claim.

Furthermore, it was discovered that the documents of deposit backing up the funds did not indicate any forwarding address where they
can be reached. In view of the foregoing and knowing full well that the bank does not have any means of reaching the Next of Kin of the
deceased, I have decided to nominate you as his Next of Kin and claimant to the aforementioned funds.

THE FUNDS, WHICH HAS BEEN WITH THE BANK FOR A VERY LONG TIME NOW WILL HAVE TO BE DECLARED TO THE
GOVERNMENT AS STATUTORILY REQUIRED IF NOBODY COMES FORWARD TO CLAIM IT AFTER A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME.

On this note, I decided to seek for a foreigner who will present himself as the Next of Kin. As his Account Officer, I cannot allow the money
to remain with the bank and consequently have it forfeited to Government especially as it is against local banking ethics to allow such money
to stay more than a certain period of years and in this case, it will lapse at the end of 2003.

In view of this, I got your contact through my search via business report from a web site to see if you can assist. Your commission for your efforts
at assisting will have to be decided and agreed upon by both parties at the appropriate time.

Upon the receipt of your positive response, I shall furnish you with further details regarding the funds then we proceed from there.

Do not fail to include your phone and fax numbers in your reply.

Respectfully submitted.
