Bug in inn "make update"

That's what that line was actually interpreted as under INN 2.3.x as well;
INN has never supported comments at the end of the line like that.  It
just happened to work for you because INN ignored everything after the
number.  If you'd done the same with a boolean or string parameter, you
would have gotten errors.

INN 2.4 has better error checking to ensure that numeric values are just
numbers.
