teeny bug when doing make update on recent CVS snap

The syntax of the file has changed.  It seemed to make sense to me to fix
things up automatically, since INN is capable of it.

Ah, I see the problem.  The check I added to innupgrade to add hismethod
if it was missing was broken.  Should now be fixed in CVS.
