du gouvernement du premier ministre Hamada Madi=2E  j'ai
contribuer r l'attribution d'un marche de construction  de
logements sociaux  r une compagnie Portugaise=2E Au cours de 
l'execution du projet=2C la compagnie a decouvert des gisements
de pierres precieuses dans deux regions=2E
Nous avons donc conclu un accord d'exploitation de
 ces
gisements  et r ce moment=2C j'ai pu en tirer 48 millions de 
Dollars Americains=2E
Seulement en tant que Ministre avec un revenu de moins de 1000
 
dollars par mois=2C je suis dans l'incapacite de placer ces
fonds sur une banque dans mon pays=2E
J'ai donc decider de faire sortir cet argent de mon pays=2E Et 
c'est r ce propos que je demande votre aide=2E Si vous 
acceptez de m'aider r placer ces fonds sur un compte auquel 
vous avez acccs=2C vous toucherez en recompense 8 millions de 
dollars Americains=2E
Les dispositions sont prises pour que vous puissiez recevoir

regulations for Public Civil Servants=2E
The above situation prompted my  decision to solicit
your co-operation to take delivery of this funds
into your custody for my proposed investment as you
