Hello Professional!  

Hope all is well with you. I admire your eagerness to associate with the
every effort aimed at improving regional expertise in applying information
technology for common good. 

We live in an increasingly interconnected society, where information
technology has helped us achieve tremendous improvements in banking,
e-business, education, healthcare and e-Government. Regional governments are
at various stages of implementing IT projects and systems and we are a
partner to many of these initiatives. 

As you are aware the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS) is round the
corner at Switzerland in early December 2003. We look forward to presenting
national profiles, featuring information technology capabilities and
achievements of different nations from the region. 

I have put together a brief questionnaire on the available information
systems and technology requirements for your nation. It would help, if you
can spend sometime and provide me with some answers. 

I look forward to your support as we continue the development and
implementation of these information technology initiatives. I would also
