Help/Consultation with INN Solution

I am looking for someone who can help with an NNTP Solution, either with INN 
or another Unix/Linux based NNTP software. My company needs a private 
newsgroup server that can have newsgroup based authentication, where 
different users have read/write permissions on specific groups (rather than 
a server-wide based authentication). Such a solution is possible and works 
well with MS Exchange 2003, but the Licensing Fee's from MS are out of the 
question. If you think you might be able to help, please email me. Possible 
contract work with payment if you are able to or can instruct on how to
