 Attached is a tradspool variation developed by Preben Guldberg
 <c928400 at student.dtu.dk> that stores additional metadata in the file name.
 The goal is to reduce the length of time it takes for expire to scan the
 spool.  I haven't evaluated the merits of this in any depth.
