 Support a third keyword, besides INTERLEAVE and SEQUENTIAL, in
 cycbuff.conf that specifies the same as INTERLEAVE but distributes the
 articles proportionally to the size of each CNFS cycbuff.  This preserves
 the spreading of disk accesses but ensures that no cycbuff expires faster
 than any other.
