 Urs Janßen has an updated version of this script at
 [ftp://ftp.tin.org/pub/news/servers/utils/docheckgroups-inn-2.x.pl
 ftp.tin.org] with additional improvements.

 He checked with the original author, and releasing the script under INN's
 license is fine with him.  (He said anything was fine there.)
