US$75 Urology and Gynecology Study

Dear Doctor 

Millennium Research Group (MRG) would like to invite you to participate in a
Urology and Gynecology Study. The study focuses on the device usage and
procedure volumes of gynecologists and urologists across the US. There will
be several goals of the study including: monitoring trends across different
facility types; analyzing growth of specific procedures; and the acceptance
of novel technologies in different facility types. 

In order to qualify for the study, you must be able to provide device usage
data for your entire facility. In exchange for your participation, we are
offering a $75 honorarium upon completion of the study. Your facility must
meet the following minimum qualifiers:  


Hospital

> 3 Vaginal Sling Implant procedures per quarter


> 3 Pelvic Floor Reconstruction procedures per quarter


> 3 Kidney Stone Management procedures per quarter


Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) 

> 3 BPH procedures using RF, Microwave or Laser Therapy per quarter


> 3 Ureteroscopy and Stone Management procedures per quarter

> 9 Vaginal Sling Implant procedures per quarter


> 3 Endometrial Ablation procedures per quarter

and participants will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis.
